I use these wipes anywhere I need to clean my hands or disinfect something. I especially use them when I'm eating out. I keep them in my car, handbag, and one or two in my wallet. I love the smell - I would prefer this smell over the chemical based hand sanitizing solutions. Most of all I love that they are natural and that they are a wipe, not just a liquid. They do not leave a residue on your hands. I do agree that the price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. If you want a quality sanitizing wipe that is natural these are great!

I use this for travelling and cleaning up before eating after handling animals. The fragrance is strong but I love it! It dries quickly and leaves an nice aroma but it cleans well. And I do not have to use two to clean up dirt (which gets expensive). I like them because they are organic as well. If you don't like lavender, don't buy it.

These are lovely, but why on earth are they so expensive? I think the price has gone up since I bought them. Rubbing alcohol and essential oils shouldn't cost nearly a dollar a wipe, even if organic. I found another brand of alcohol wipe that's not organic or as nice-smelling, but MUCH cheaper and just as effective.

In regards to the other reviewers' comments on the smell of these wipes, if you know what real lavender actually smells like, then you'll like these hand wipes. However, if you prefer like the horribly artificial commercial fragrance of products such as "Wet Ones", then you might not like this because it actually smells like the plant. I personally can't stand the horrible smell of the mass-marketed brands of hand wipes, and that's why I buy these.

I'm a doctor who occasionally does house calls, and even though I wash my hands before I leave each patient, I like sanitizing my hands once I get in the car.

Most hand wipes don't contain alcohol, meaning they don't kill germs. These EO hand wipes do have alcohol, and so they do kill germs. They have an advantage over hand-sanitizing gels even if your hands are even slightly dirty. The wipe actually collects dirt and debris from your hands. With a gel, you kill the germs, but any debris doesn't get wiped off. The combination of the physical wiping motion and the alcohol is a great way to get your hands clean when soap and warm water are unavailable.

Another upside to these wipes is that they don't dry out the hands as much as most pure alcohol wipes because they contain vegetable glycerin, which counteracts the drying effects of the alcohol to help keep the hands smooth and soft.

They are great for traveling and can also be used to sanitize other surfaces, airplane tray tables, hotel rooms, rental cars, shopping carts, etc.

I like to carry a few packets in my car, and I keep a bunch in my desk at work. I slip one or two in my pocket so I can wipe my hands after opening doors, handling restaurant menus., etc. On airplanes I wipe my hands after being seated.

The 66% alcohol is supposed to kill both virsues and bacteria.

Sometimes, on a plane or in a restaurant, people nearby will comment on the fragrance (which is lavendar).

If you rubbed a sprig of lavender through your hands it would be the same scent as the EO handwipe. It is not artificial or perfumey smelling. These handwipes also do not have the overwhelming alcohol smell. They are convenient and pleasant to use. I have extremely sensitive skin, but I do not have a reaction to these handwipes. I have purchased these handwipes as part of a gift package.

FINALLY . . . a hand wipe that doesn't have harmful "parabens" and really cleans your hands effectively. The smell is delightful and yet not overpowering. I wish the wipe itself were a little thicker but then the eco-girl in me is glad that the environment isn't hurt as bad by the waste. I really like this product and recommend that to save money and packaging that you purchase the larger size (210 count) for your car and the indivdual packets for traveling.

I use these as treat when I travel. I don't mind using the liquid when I am close to home but these are so nice to open when I'm on a plane or in an airport. I love this brand and they also make a great liquid hand cleaner with lavender.
