I recently watched a special and they said the only 2 viatmins you need is a multi Basic vitamin for men or women along w/ 1000IU of Vitamin d. So Far So good, helps your immune system and several other things. (SMALL, easy to swallow)

My mother takes vitamin D on a regular basis and has her blood work done checking her levels every 3 months. My mother purchased this product and went to her doctor three months later, The doctor said her vitamin D level dropped from 28 to 21 and she thought my mom had stopped taking vitamin D all together (she takes her medication every day. When my mother took Natures Made her levels kept going up.I recommend staying away from Natures Bounty and take Natures Made 2000 IU.

My husband and I have been taking 1,000 mg. Vitamin D for a year and we have not had any kind of sickness, not even a cold. It's a marvelous replacement for not being able to be in the sun. It's fantastic !

Now that Vitamin D is being recognized as beneficial in higher amounts than the minimum daily requirement, this is a great supplement. No chalky fillers, just the oil in a very small capsule, easy to deal with. I've taken it for a year now and have made it a permanent part of my nutrition program.
