Being over 50 and constantly on the computer, wearing glasses, etc., I think this is a good supplement to the diet to help promote eye wellness. Some people complain about taste, but I wouldn't recommend chewing this...yuck! Make sure you eat before you take it.

I have a very keen sense of smell and never have smelled a a fishy smell as the previous reviewer . It is hopefully preserving my eyes with the best research out there so I do not get macular degeneration like my husband. Losing one's eyesight is very traumatic!!

I have been taking supplements for years. This is the worst smelling supplement I have ever encountered. Tried plugging my nose, but still the fish oil just overpowers it.
