This product is a little rougher than other micro dermabrasion scrubs I have used. I love this brand but I wish it was a little softer.

This exfoliator definitely does a great job of peeling off the top dead skin layer, but like all such products for home use, it is limited to the functions of just a good scrub. It is a not a deep chemical or microdermabrasive peel, and you should set your expectations right. It works great to keep your face in good shape, and if you use it nce every two days, you will most certainly see good results. Just don't expect it to work as a strong chemical pee -- it wouldn't be sold off the counter if it were a real microdermabrasion agent, since the acid concentration in those are too high and can be administered only by physicians. But it is one of the best regular scrubs I personally have used!

This product has very fine scrub granules. I still mix it with a gel cleanser to buffer the scrub so as not to damage skin. Gently massage over skin but avoid the eye area. Great product.

This mask smells great and is gentle on my sensitive skin. I previously used Clinique 7 day scrub, but this scurb is just as good and costs much less. I bought this for my Mom too and she loves it. Exfoliates nicely with fine pumice and also have lactic acid. This is one on my new favorites and I use it twice a week.

This is ok. I didn't experience what other reviewers did, which is why I tried the product. It's just a grainy scrub, not unlike others. Didn't feel it to be anything special. I get more of an effect fm just using special "scrubby" gloves with gentle soap. So I would not buy again.

This is just a regular scrub, not better than any budget scrub I have tried. It can be a little irritating to skin.

This is the best face scrubber I've ever tried! I could see results immediately and my skin felt very silky and very clean after using the product. My face hasn't felt that good in a long time even though I use many scrubs. This product is wonderful for any skin and is worth every penny! After using it my face didn't feel dry, just really baby soft. I'll certainly buy again and this will be my three times a week product. I can't wait to see the long term results. Would recommend to women and men both, but only if you want baby soft skin again!

Ok so I read a comment below me saying this is just like St. Ives...definitely NOT! I have St. Ives scrub and it just does not compare to Booth's microderm. scrub. Wow! The granules are so tiny...I've never had my skin exfoliated so well...I must admit I think I scrubbed too hard (you should do it really lightly) because I wasn't aware of its power...those little balls are like a sandbox in a bottle with a fruity scent. Definitely great to even skin tone and get rid of dry winter skin.

I was addicted to the old formula which had a very fine pumice. It smoothed my skin like no other scrub!! But my new tube has much bigger granules, and reminds me of all the walnut-shell based scrubs you can get for about half the price. So sad to lose this unique product. I wouldn't bother with the new formula ~ try st. ives it's the same.

This scrub is awesome! But this product is not for the faint of heart nor the sensitive of skin. If you are satisfied with the average ¿daily scrubs" from the drugstore, then Booth¿s Green Apple is not for you. The label says ¿microdermabrasion¿ and, in the case of this product, that term is not much of an exaggeration. It is really scrubby! It is the only product I have found that is scrubby enough AND does not have any emollients that block pores. I tend to get little bumps after I shave as well as acne, so I use cleansers with no moisturizers. But the truly radical feature of this scrub is its abrasiveness - it is like rubbing beach sand on your face. It strips the outer most layer of dead skin off and leaves you looking bright and fresh. I use it once or twice a week, in the shower before I shave my face. If my skin is in any way chapped or sensitive that day, I will cut the Green Apple one-to-one with some other mild cleanser to take some of the edge off. I have tried most of the more expensive scrubs (e.g. Kiehl¿s), but nothing I¿ve tried comes close to Booth¿s Green Apple.
