i usually take it when I feel I might have catch something. Or when someone at home or at work has a cold. I willl take it to prevent myself from getting their cold. I have been using this product for about two years. Seems to work so far. You have to take it when you first feel something, don't wait until you have a full blown cold or it will not work.

Check with your doctor about the Aspertame in this product - cancer patients beware of adding another "hidden" carcinogen to your body from a product claiming it's all "natural". The product seems to work well on healthy individuals, but beware the added aspertame, and herbals that may have allergic reactions.

I've used the Airborne products in the past, and while I know they're just a super-huge dose of vitamins, I do feel that they help in preventing a cold, or at least limiting the duration of one. The reason I'm writing a review is that this one, the pink grapefruit, is absolutely the best tasting one I've ever had, with none of that vitamin-y tastes the others (and other cold prevention products) have that make it hard to swallow. This is actually tasty!

I like the taste of it and doctor says I don't drink enough water. So every once in a while I'll add this to my water. A little zip to my diet. Sound Silly? So. I still like the bubbly taste and it seems better for me than soda.

I first got this to take before flying during flu season. It seemed to help, I didn't get sick. Now when I feel like I might be coming down with something or someone else in the house is sick, I take it and it does seem to help. There are times, and it might just be timing, that I get sick anyway - but not as often as before taking Airborne. I much prefer the pink grapefruit flavor over the lemon-lime.

I highly recommend this product. Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I start taking as per the directions. If traveling or planning on being around a lot of people (especially a child's party), I take a tablet. If I do catch a cold, it definitely helps make me feel better and decreases the time I have the cold. I have tried lemon/lime and grapefruit flavored - prefer grapefruit. I share with and recommend to family and friends

I work with the public , and I used to get several bad colds each year. At a friend's recommendation, I started taking airborne at the first sign of a cold or when I feel especially "run down". Since then I have not gotten a single cold or flu....this stuff is amazing! I have passed on the recommendation to others, and they also have had either no colds, or at least much less severe ones!
