I tried the Biotene Oral Balance because I was suffering from dry mouth. I asked my dentist what I could do about it and he suggested this product along with the other things that Biotene has for the dry mouth. It was strange to use at first, it felt like you had a glob of jelly in your mouth, but after getting the hang of working it all through my mouth and gums, it felt a lot better than it did. The only thing I found that bothered me was that it wore off too quickly and I had to reuse it again, but it did feel much better when using it compared to the horrible dry mouth I was suffering from.

Because of having Sjogren's Syndrome, I have very dry mouth and found this product to be the best for me to have at least some moisture in my mouth. I love the taste -- it is sweet instead of the minty flavors that can burn my already dry mouth. I use it throughout the day and before I go to bed. I really couldn't live without it. It helps keep my gums and tongue from sticking to my teeth, which is also of great help when I am speaking publicly.
