After brushing, I apply an amount the size of a grape, and use it like a mouth rinse. It stays in my mouth and eventually becomes a liquid. I then spit out what I can. Most of the time, there is something that wasn't brushed out. After painful gum surgery, I now do this twice a day. Take care of your mouth, this surgery is the worst ever for some!!!

I use this product every night to keep my mouth moist during the night. I have dry mouth and also tend to mouth breath, and this gel helps keep my gums moist. I do have to reapply it once or twice during the night. It has a pleasant taste. The only problem is that I go through a tube in a few nights.

Because I breathe thru my mouth when I sleep, my Dental Hygienist recommended Oral Balance to keep my gums from drying out. I've been using the product for more than two years and cannot go to sleep without slathering it on my gums. Being at the age when it's usually necessary to get up at least once during the night, I reapply a coating of Oral Balance and then I'm good til the morning. This product has probably saved me a lot of money at the dentist and I'm very glad it was recommended to me.

This product does not deliver what it advertises. It claims to provide dry mouth relief for 8 hours. What a joke! It lasted about 30 seconds. I would have been better off sucking on a piece of candy.
