Upon application to a very dry mouth and tongue, this gel immediately resulted in a normal feeling and flow of saliva (as if the dryness had never occurred). May need to apply more than once, but does feel to me like natural saliva.

This is a great product for oral irritation due to dry mouth disease. I apply it 3-4 times a day on a sore or irritated spot and it will heal in a day or two. I also use it at night to relieve dryness instead of having to sip water or use saliva substitute sprays.

This product is amazing. I've suffered with severe dry mouth for a long time. I first started with Biotene toothpaste, which was helpful, but this really takes it to the next level. The taste is very mild and pleasant, and it really helps keep your gums hydrated and increases moisture in your mouth. Saliva is important because it helps prevent tooth decay. If your mouth is really dry, this product could help save your teeth. I can't recommend it highly enough.
