When I feel stomach pain coming on (mostly from eating too rich/heavy foods, mixing dairy with something too acidic, etc.) I quickly pop one of these in my mouth to stop the problem before it becomes a painful stomach ache. These are great. They are more discreet than pills, and do the same thing. The peppermint flavor helps freshen breath also, which makes these good for after lunch. I would buy them again.

This is the best Gas-X ever. Within moments, my bloating and gas pains were gone. I suffer from IBS and gallstones. The strips are great because they just dissolve, and no water is needed. I will never be without them.
