I have sensitive teeth and gums. Sensodyne Cool Gel is the most effective remedy I have ever used. (And I tried all the popular ones!) In addition to reducing sensitivity and pain when eating ice cream, Sensodyne Cool Gel keeps my mouth feeling clean and my breath fresh longer than any of the others I've used...bar none! It is no longer sold locally so I have to stock up online and when I visit family in Seattle. I discovered Sensodyne Cool Gel about ten years ago, and I refuse to settle for anything else.

When I first used this toothpaste I couldn't identify the taste that I was getting... after a few uses I did.......DILL PICKLES!! NOT what I want in a toothpaste. I will keep using til gone and then try another "flavor". I use it twice a day and it really has helped a very sensitive problem tooth. I have gotten used to it with time, but not what I think a toothpaste should be.

I use the cool jell at least three times a day. i can't always find the jell. I used the original Sensedyne for many years until the cool jell became available. This taste good and the jell is pleasant to use.

I use Sensodyne everyday - my teeth are very sensitive to hot and cold. The gel formula works great with my Sonicare toothbrush. I forgot my Sensodyne when I went away for the weekend last summer and used a different brand and boy, did I miss it! I won't leave home without it again.

I have the beginnings of periodontal problems and cold especially causes gum pain. Sensodyne Cool Gel helps relieve that sensitivity. The gel works best with electronic toothbrushes.

My dentist recommended using Sensodyne EVERY OTHER week. It really works to relieve hot/cold sensitivity. Cool Gel is the only flavor I like and I can't get it locally so I'm really glad Drugstore.com carries it. Thanks!

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist or physician. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.
