Refills virtually do not exist in the drugstores. Unfortunate that GUM does ot put more than 3 tips in a package. How about 10 or 20??

this product has been part of my dental health regimen for many years.

I use this nightly to massage and stimulate my gums. Very effective.

Finally found these things! Have been searching High And Low for these and thankfully found them here. Purchasing these for my Mother (has severe gum problems and been using them faithfully for as long as I can remember to not only "floss" in between teeth, but to massage the gums) They are a bit hard to get onto the handle when they are brand new. Found that placing them in hot water for a few moments softens the rubber just enough and allows you to easily replace the head - as the rubber cools, it forms itself onto the handle and won't slip or pop off.

My wife uses them all the time and carrys one with her at alll times. Removes plaque and food between teeth.

I have great difficulty putting replacement heads on the handle. They are hard to grasp and often pop off during use.

Changing the tip is a little tricky. Soaking the tip in warm water, as described in a previous review (and in the tip instructions) is key. Once the new tip is on, the tool is as good as new. Much better to reuse the metal handle, rather than throwing it in the trash.

MY DENTAL HYGENTIST COMMENTED ON THE GREAT CONDITION OF MY GUMS AND I FEEL THIS IS BECAUSE I USE THIS PRODUCT EVERY DAY. IT INSURES THAT I GET ALL THE TARTAR AND ANY PARTICLES MY TOOTHBRUSH MISSES WITH REGULAR BRUSHING AS WELL AS WITH FLOSSING. LOVE MY GUM STIMULATORS!

I rubber tip my gums daily and this item has saved me from more gum surgery. Unfortunately, I cannot find them stocked in stores but luckily can find them online.
