The bristles are not too soft like most brushes and cleans great and the handle actually fits in your hand comfortably. The smaller brush on the top is not too small and not too big either; it is the perfect size. Without question, this is the best denture brush on the market, and I have tried them all! It breaks up and scrubs clean all the small junk that can build on the surface of your pieces. If you wear dentures or partials, this is what you NEED!
