Bristles are too hard to be labeled a "Soft" toothpaste.

This is a great brush for sensitive gums.

For a bargain brush, I shouldn't be surprised at the poor quality of this brush. I buy the "soft" kind, but it's still harsh on my gums. While the handle is comfortable, and you can't beat the price, they do tend to wear out quickly.

This is my favorite type of toothbrush because it has a nice, full head and it's soft on gums but still cleans well. If I am running out and can't find them in the store, I order them online because I don't like using any other toothbrush.

This is a well performing toothbrush, I have no doubt, but I have been buying soft toothbrushes for years. After first using this one, I kept looking at the discarded wrapping labeled 'soft' in disbelief.

cheap flimsy product - does not do a thorough job

It works great and I love the color indicator how it shows it is wearing out.
