I have been using this product for several years. It used to smell like a wet dog and I hated it. Someone must have said something because they changed the smell and now it is fine. I have very fine, curly hair and this product makes my hair shine and gives it body. I love it. It's worth the expense because it lasts a long time.

I love life drops, but the smell is not pleasant. I have heavy, thick, naturally curly hair, that I have thinned and then I use a flat iron to straighten, so my hair gets dry and flyaway. Life drops really helps control the fly away and defrizzes my hair. I love it, except for the smell.

Every time I use this product I have a GRTEAT hair day. Although it seems like a light conditioning product, it does what it needs to do. It makes the hair shine with great manageability and it gets the job done.

I bought this product, as my hair is very tangled after a regular shampoo/conditioning in the shower. I needed a leave-in treatment that would help soften my hair enough to be able to comb comfortably. This product does do that decently, but the smell is... so bad. Chemical. Repugnant. It got so I would never use this if I had to leave the house at all that day, as I didn't want anyone to smell it on me. Does it work at conditioning your hair? Yes. Is it worth putting up with the smell? Nope. There are other similarly price leave in treatments out there that work just as well, and don't smell disgusting.

This product is excellent for hair that has been processed with color, perms, or heat from blow-drying, curling, and flat irons. It is necessary to protect the hair, especially from heat. It doesn't leave the hair greasy or oily. I would highly recommend this product to protect the hair.
