Not sure if this works yet, it has only been two weeks, but it can't hurt.

I wasn't sure about the taste at first it was a little bitter but, now I can't go a day with out drinking it I really love it!

mix it in with my lemonaide vitamin water twice a day.

I have been using this for about 6 months. My skin has never looked better and yes I do occasionally break out around my monthly time but the breakouts heal much quicker and are so much better than they used to be. I also notice that it is helping me lose weight. I have been doing weight watchers and I have noticed that I am registering bigger numbers every week then the last 3 or 4 times I did weight watchers. The taste is ok, when I put it in juice I can't taste it at all. In water I mix it up with a spoon to help dissolve it better and basically just chug it down. My sister is also using it and loves it, she recently stopped and had a huge breakout and immediately got online and bought another bottle.

I hated the taste of this in cold water! But once I realized that the bottle said you could add it to hot water, I tried it in tea, and I really like it -- it's like having a berry-flavored tea. I'm not convinced it will do anything major, but it can't hurt and I now enjoy a cup of it a day.

I've read the reviews and have done some of my own investigating and the benefits outweigh the taste. I have actually gotten into a routine of putting a dropper or two in a water bottle. It dissolves just fine after you shake it up. You may have to re-shake if not taken all at once, but it's the same with other powder boosters. I stick a straw in the bottle and drink it down after my workout. It goes down just fine. I am here to purchase my second bottle and had to write a review when I saw someone gave it only 2 stars for taste. I feel it deserves more than 2. Try a water bottle with a straw...it misses most of your taste buds that way ;o)

I read about this is [...] magazine & decided to try it, & I'm very glad I did! I wouldn't go without it now.It's excellent just for its nutritional value: one dropperful in 8 oz. of a liquid equals something like 15 cups of green tea, so it's a great way to get the benefits of drinking lots of green tea without having to drink all those cupfuls per day! I have some in the morning & in late afternoon (the directions say you can take it more than once a day).As for the reputed benefits to the skin, your health, etc: This delivers exactly what its maker (and[...]) says it does - it's visibly improved my complexion to the point that LOTS of people have commented on my "glow." More concretely, I myself see & feel the difference; I didn't have acne, just sensitive, very dry & often irritated & red skin - but my skin IS now smoother, clearer & healthier-looking. It isn't one of those products that 's left me thinking, "Hmmm, I really think I see a difference..." I've used this regularly for about a year now, and I feel the difference when I've missed having it with breakfast. It's hard to explain, but I do feel a "lift" in energy & mental clarity, without the coffee jitters, etc. It's not an overwhelming effect, but it's definitely notable! (As for what's been said about this stuff and weight loss, all I can say is that I did drop a few pounds over the 1st month without changing anything else, I can't be 100% positive that using this Anti-Oxidant Water Booster is what caused it.)The only bad thing I can say is that the pomegranate flavor is NOT great. I mix mine with 8 oz. water & bolt it down, or sometimes it's not so bad mixed in fruit juice! There are a few different flavors; everything I wrote above is aout pomegranate. I mention this because I did try the blueberry one month, and while it tastes MUCH better - it's even TASTY in sweetened tea, water, juice, etc, it must be made using some different nutritional ingredients, because I noticed that I didn't feel as good as with the pomegranate, for whatever reason.

I love this product and I am ordering my 3rd bottle today. One bottle lasts about a month. I also got some for my parents and they enjoy it. Tastes like weak tea, but if you do not like the taste, just add some sugar free drink mix to it and you will never know it is in your water. My skin looks better, I have maintained my weight and I plan on continuing to buy this product as long as it is sold!!

Buy this product for its benefits! Do not buy this product if you want the taste of a cup of tea. I add it to my morning juice and my evening workout bottle of flavored water. I absolutely love this product. I plan on purchasing the unflavored to give as gifts!

I disagree with a previous review. It dissolves much better if you add water to it rather than adding it to water. It also adds flavor to drinks besides plain water. I love adding it to my coffee. If you really don't like the flavor, get the plain one.
