I believe this is the replacement for Metamucil's Fibersure in the blue container, no longer on the shelves. I stir it into my coffee every day and never know it is there. Do heed Ashley's advice---more is not better, especially when starting out. Start slowly if you wish to avoid dramatic gas and bloating. I don't purchase anything else.

I have irritable bowel syndrome and must have a minimum of 30 grams of fiber daily to avoid attacks, but I can't eat that much! I've tried everything, and this is absolutely the only product I use, no matter what it costs. Doesn't dissolve well in very cold foods or liquids, otherwise it's perfect. I put it in my water, and it's like it's not there. Buy it!

I have several older constipated cats. Just sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon per cat into canned food AM and PM. Seems to help tremendously!

Its an incredibly painless way to get REAL fiber. You need to take more than 6 of the fiber supplement pills to get HALF as much fiber as one glass of this stuff! Absolutely tasteless; which is great because I'm not a big water drinker anyway. A million times better than anything else out there, really!

Great product. Like most people, I don't eat as many veggies as I should. Unfortunately, that's just how life is right now. However, this product helps me get more fiber without having to eat a million bowls of bran flakes every morning. I mixed into some hot tea, and you really can't tell it's there AT ALL. It stirred in quickly, dissolved completely, and it really is tasteless.

Love this stuff. I have noticed that it mixes better with things that are warm or room temperature. I put it in some yogurt and it remained a little grainy, so if you can taste it or feel it, the thing you're mixing it with may be too cold for it. just a suggestion. It's much better than eating a ton of broccoli every day!

This product is great, except for the fact that you can taste it when used alone. I simply mix it with the Crystal Lite on the Go packs in a water bottle and it covers up the taste perfectly! Be careful to follow the directions and ease into using it, because if you use too much too soon then it will cause painful and uncomfortable gas and bloating. All in all I say this product is a great way to get much needed fiber. And if you mix it with flavored water, then you're upping your water intake too, which you're supposed to do when you take fiber supplements.

I love this product. I add it to my kids food and drinks. They don't even notice. It is on the expensive side, but it is worth it.
