I'm an overweight mid-20's grad student who was very athletic through high school. But with college and grad school, combined with poor eating habits, I've put on quite a bit more than I would like to be carrying. Since college, every time I tried running or vigorous leg excercises, I would get horrible chaffing between my thighs. This only got worse to the point that I would start chaffing after only a short walk around the neighborhood. So after asking several marathon runners and reading many online reviews, I decided to try Body Glide, as it was the highest recommended of all the products. I've only been using it for the last two weeks, and am still young in my running / exercising routine (running only about a mile at a time), but since using this product, I have yet to experience any chaffing - a true blessing! For good measure, I routinely apply a coat in the morning every day, and it's been working as its been described. I can't elaborate on how each stick will last, but I have the bigger of the two sizes, and I'm hoping it will last at least 6 weeks. It's not very slimy, and I after a few minutes, I actually forget that it's there. The only down-side for me is that it's not cheap - I bought two for of the larger sticks for [$] online. But the product seems to live up to my expectations, and I will definitely continue to use it if it works as well as it has been over the next few months. Not sure of the longevity yet, either, as I haven't made it more than a mile per run, but I've heard that it lasts most "real" runners about half a marathon before it needs to be re-applied. I definitely recommend this product for anyone with chaffing!

Won't run or bike longer than 1/2 hour without using this product. Apply to ANY area where you typically have chaffing problems. Lasts for hours, non-greasy, and cleans up easily.

I am diabetic and my skin is dryer than it used to be, resulting in chafing under arms & legs. I use this product everyday after shower just as I do deodorant. It prevents dry rub until next shower and allows me to continue normal activities without discomfort.
It has no offensive feel, smell, or texture. Not greasy. Does not mess up clothing. Easily washes away with soap & water.
The 2.5 oz. size lasts me about a month with daily use.

My husband has been using Bodyglide for over 10 years and loves it. He's an avid runner and this has prevented a lot of blisters! It also minimizes chafing in any area you can imagine! If you live in a hot climate I would recommend purchasing several tubes of this during the cooler months. It will melt if it's too hot so I put it in a ziplock bag when we're traveling.

I use this to make life easier all the time. No more blisters on my feet! No more chaffing or heat rash. Doesn't smell, lasts long on the body and this size stick lasts a long time compared to the smaller sizes (I sometimes carry in my purse. Can't find it in the retail stores so thanks DrugStore.com!

As an older gentleman with extra skin, this is the only product that keeps the skin on my stomach and thighs from chafing. As a diabetic it protect my feet from having hot spots and blisters. I use it almost every day for exercise or protection during hot spells.

I first heard about this product from my brother who is a marathon runner, he swears by it. I work in a busy ER on my feet and walking most of my 12 hour shift. When its warm out, within hours of my shift start getting chafing in inner thighs and would be in misery by the end of the day. I use this before work and works my whole shift. Only problem I have with it is if the product is more than a few millimeters out of the package-will start cracking and pieces break off-so not finding it easy to use. But love the results and don't know of any other product like this
