I am a ballerina and I constantly use this stuff to stop my feet from blistering and chafing in my pointe shoes. I also use this stick when I wear uncomfortable shoes that cause me to blister, and I can put it anywhere on me feet to keep them comfortable. If I am wearing a shirt or pants that chafe, I also use it on my skin and it works like a charm. I know long distance runners who swear by this stuff because it stops the uncomfortable chafing that comes with constant friction on your skin. The stuff usually lasts about 2-3 hours and then your reapply, but it is amazing. I bring it everywhere with me and I recommend it to anybody who experiences discomfort from their shoes or any other piece of clothing.

ok so this is an outdoor/hiking product. But I use it when I wear nice shoes and have to walk in NYC all day. Works beautifully. Better than pantyhose!

Use this product where ever blisters or chafing can happen. I have used it for about 10 years. It holds up to sweat, rain and long distance running, cycling etc. It doesn't stain clothing. It is an awesome product.

I first found this in a running store, but I use it to prevent chaffing on my inner thighs (a life-long problem for my fabulous thunder-thighs!) I like to apply Monistat Soothing Care anti-chaffing cream prior to rubbing on the Bodyglide (which can be difficult to slide across the skin otherwise because of its thick consistency, which is what makes it works so well, so I'm not complaining!!!) I don't have to wear Spanx Power Panties under my skirts and dresses anymore thanks to the combination of soothing care and bodyglide. I don't know how I lived without them!
