I have a large front load dryer and use 3 three sheets per load and oh my gosh is the smell simply beautiful! Fills up my whole basement (laundry room) and I can even smell it outside as my windows are open from the dryer vents.I also use with the fabric softner sometimes as well. Nice combination to use with tide lavender vanilla too. So far, nothing has lived up to those, but Mrs. Meyers lavender dryer sheets come the closest to what I was looking for. I like the scent - lavender with citrus. They make the laundry smell fresh with just a hint of fragrance and good static control but not perfume-y. (They are also biodegradable which is a plus.) I will buy them again, but not from this site, because of their only downside which others have mentioned in their reviews. The box the sheets are packaged in is cardboard, and the sheets are more than generously scented. Our entire order [...] were permeated with the smell. Wrapping the box in plastic shrink wrap like they do with some of their other products would help, but would also counter the point of getting an eco friendly product. I'm lucky enough to be able to buy this product close to home where it's had a chance to air out on a shelf before I bring it into my home - I like the dryer sheets a lot, I just don't need for EVERYTHING to smell like them. However, it's very light on clothing and leaves them with a soft, fresh kind of smell. It softens fabrics moderately, and does a great job of handling static. They are so much better than the fake chemical-smelling ordinary dryer sheets. A light lavender scent remains and sheets and towels are soft and cling-free. The lavender is really nice! They are a bit strange on paper base, but it works good and is more environmentally friendly I guess. They smell great in the box, but my complaint is the scent isn't on the clothes. Those were absolutely great. These are completely useless and not cheap. My laundry sparks afterwards and is full of static. No other dryer sheets I have Ever purchased left it that way. Furthermore the scent, which is very nice, only lingers in the pantry where they are stored. It is very strong too and I have to store them in a plastic bag. The laundry meanwhile only smells pretty for about 5 minutes. In other words these don't do anything dryer sheets are supposed to. I have taken to using 2 sheets for every load to reduce the static. Maybe my laundry is a little bit soft coming out of the dryer, but all in all...there's no reason to purchase these. Stick to Mrs. Meyer's dish and had soaps, those are wonderful products. EXCEPT for the dryer sheets, unfortunately. They still smell GREAT, but my clothes are really staticky when I pull them out of the dryer. I've taken to using 2 sheets now per load, which has helped, but then of course I'm only getting half my money's worth out of them too. This is the one Mrs. Meyers product I just can't recommend. I could smell the lavender scent before I even opened the shipping box. These are paper-like, different from the usual sheets.
