I absolutely love this shampoo, the way it cleans my hair, and the light green tea and fennel seed smell is absolutely delicious. I have very thick hair so the only problem I run into is that I have to use more shampoo to get a decent lather, but that is a price I am willing to pay for a great product.

I am happy I found a green product that I can use on my color treated hair in the shower every other day. Even though it doesn't lather like my chemical filled shampoos before, I am happy to give it up if it is better for my health and the environment. The smell was different at first, but I actually like it now. The smell doesn't stay with you anyway, it eventually goes away. I can't tell if it actually keeps my color longer, I will ask my hair stylist at my next visit to she what she thinks. I will purchase this product again.

I've never noticed such a huge difference in my hair after using a product once! In our humid summer weather, my hair lacks volume and the ends get frizzy. We've had a week of horribly humid weather, and the day I started using this shampoo and conditioner, my hair was full of volume and no frizzies. The scent is almost non-existent to me, so that's a neutral, and the lather isn't great, but it's good and gets the job done. Plus it's true that the all natural stuff isn't supposed to lather, just clean.

I'm a huge Burt's Bees fan, but I was really disappointed in this shampoo & conditioner. I was excited to find a nautral cleanser for my color-treated hair, but I would not recommend this product. It stripped my hair of any natural oil and made it feel like straw. The conditioner does add *some* moisture back in, but not enough to be effective. The only hair type I could see this working for would be someone with extremely oily hair. I will not be buying this product again.

Have used shampoo and conditioner twice... not a big fan of the scent... kinda smells like vitamins to me.. must be the all natural part. It does wash well but the hair tangles and you need to be careful when rinsing. The conditioner untangles the hair, then all is well. Not sure if it does a good job of color protection.. only used twice. If you like Burts Bee's and want natural.. then buy and use..

I have waist length thick hair, and this product just was very ackward to use. With no lather I kept feeling like I wasn't using enough, and it was hard to spread around my hair and it ran everywhere. I 'd love this product if it were more gelatenous or something. Usually love Burts Bees. I expected to love this product but was very disappointed. It didn't lather at all and my hair did not feel clean. My husband tried it also and did not like it. Even after using conditioner my hair still felt brittle after using that shampoo. Too bad.
