I was prescribed this product when it was a prescription and continue to use it to maintain my asthma/allergies (keep them at bay). It is a wonderful product, so I use it regularly (every day). However, it is quite pricey, and the product needs to come down in price. It has been out forever now...

Take (4) tablets, daily. The (500) count container is much more convenient and cost effective than smaller ones.
(500) count is not readily available in most stores.
