I bought this product back in May/June 2007. It worked great and recorded my readings so that I could show my doctor when I got back to the US because I was overseas when I realized I had an issue. Now, it won't inflate and I have changed batteries and all, it turns on and shows me my old readings and that is it. I have to order another one now to ensure I keep up with my BP, it is a shame because I have taken this thing all over the world with me, it still looks new, and it is useless. I will try another brand.

Purchased this unit over a year ago. It still works perfectly after two readings a day, on average. Once you get used to holding your arm in proper alignment, it's a breeze to operate. I carried it in to the doctor's office one day to check its accuracy with tier unit and it was within a few points of theirs. It was a bit higher, and that's the side to err on, in my opinion. It saves about 99 entries, and I transfer them to a spreadsheet. Works great! I recommend this product.
