Just cut it to fit your dentures. It gives you a perfect fit and cushions your gum's. I use it on both the upper and lower dentures. Best Uses Comments about Snug Denture Cushions, 2 ea: If you finally get this to fit and you DO NOT EAT OR DRINK it might be alright but when you eat and get moisture in and around dentures the Snug comes out and slides around in your mouth. YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT. I have had dentures for about 35 years and the best liner I have found is EZO, but I can't find it anymore. Please if anyone can find it let me know. Comments about Snug Denture Cushions, 2 ea: I started wearing dentures at age 24 due to infection and lose of lower teeth. I had trouble using the powder's and creams. They oozed out and made me gag. My Uncle told me about SNUG, my life saver. I have used it ever since. When they took it off the store shelves I called the maker and they referred me to pharmacy that could order it for me through there warehouse. Now they closed the store near me so I checked on line.
