this product isn't supposed to show a color, it's just a hint of brightener that makes your eyes pop. it works for me and i use it everyday. it could be smoother and go on a little easier though but for the price it's great

This is really poor quality. I tried to put it on my eyes, and not only did it hurt, but no color showed up at all.

This is the third time I've purchased this product because I like it so much. I wear it nearly every day, and I always noticed a difference in the brightness of my eyes when I have it on.

So waxy that it will not apply. Total waste of money.

I tried this product several times, but I cannot see any results. Color just will not stick to my (clean) skin. I've tried other e.l.f. products, such as the gloss, and have liked them. This is not a product I would recommend.

Not the best e.l.f. product. This doesn't go on without a lot of persuasion. I also don't see much difference. I would skip this product and get some of their eyeshadow or lip products which are great!

It is hard and Im unable to apply. It hurts my eye area. I love the lip products from e.l.f. but feel disappointed to all its eye "pencils".

Great product and great price. I see people having problems with application. You are actually supposed to use white liner on the inside of the lower lid or right at the boundary of the lash line and lower lid -thats what makes the eyes look look they pop or 'widen' a la the name. Keep the application quick and light and keep the pencil clean, no probs. You can also use it blended with a little mositure to highlight your brow as another user suggested.

I agree. It's almost impossible to apply to the eyelid so that it's even noticeable, and the cap is constantly falling off and getting misplaced.
