I've had dandruff issues and have tried alot of different shampoos. This one seems to work well and do the trick. I lather well and wait until it starts to tingle before rinsing it out. Works well and cures my dandruff, also leaves my hair soft.

Although I think this product would work well if you have no particular hair needs (the tingling effect of the tea tree and peppermint oils is quite nice!), for my dry hair and oily, flaky scalp, this product was of no help. So, as I normally do with shampoos that don't work for me (and few do), I use it as a body wash, and it's quite nice like that. But I applaud Giovanni for formulating products with decent (seemingly) ingredients. And the smell of this product is a VAST improvement over the fragrance of the Moisturizing (Not the Deep Moisture) shampoo which is (literally, I kid you not) nauseating.

This was my absolute favorite shampoo for over a year. Unfortunately, when I most recently needed to restock, all I could find (in stores and from places like drugstore.com) are bottles wherein the shampoo has a yellow/gold tint to it. When I put it into my palm, it spills out because it is suddenly so thin that I'm not expecting it. It smells bad -- not at all like it usually does. It doesn't lather at all. It doesn't tingle on your scalp like it used to. And worst of all - it doesn't clean AT ALL.Sadly, I can't find any store that has the usual clear, not-so-thin, good-smelling, wonderfully cleansing product that this used to be.[...].I hope they haven't changed the ingredient profile for good because they'll begin to lose a LOT of previously loyal customers. This new mixture (or whatever it is) just doesn't cut it and actually makes hair dirtier. :(

Product tingles the scalp - feels good.

It is difficult to get the shampoo out of the bottle when it is nearly empty. If I could get the top off, I could add water and utilize all of the shampoo.

I LOVE this shampoo! I love the mint smell, and, as some other users have recommended, it helps to keep the shampoo on for a few minutes to get that great tingly sensation. I have very dry, curly hair and my scalp is always itching me, but since I've been using this product, I have noticed a significant decrease in itchiness. I only use it about 3 times a week - it may be a little drying to use it every day - but I love it!

I think I have tried or looked at every "natural" shampoo on the market trying to find something that would help my crazy scalp. I have dermatitis and regular shampoos only made my scalp worse. I am so glad I found this shampoo, it is so gentle and cleansing, I think I will use it forever. The ingredients are all natural and compared to other tea tree shampoos that I've tried, it is hands down the best (a lot of the others use SLS!) I also use the Smooth as Silk conditioner and love that as well. Between this shampoo and apple cider vinegar rinses, and a shower filter, my scalp is so much better!

I think the product is okay. It provides a clean shampoo, but takes a lot of product to get a full lather. Also a bit overpriced compared to what I can get for similar products.

After trying shampoos like Pantene and Herbal Essences that left residue in my hair, I decided that I wanted to switch over to something organic and cleaner. After trying other organic shampoos, I finally found this. It cleans my oily hair very well and leaves it feeling squeaky clean, it smells great - minty - and the best thing about it is that it leaves my scalp feeling cool and refreshed (because of the mint). This is the ONLY shampoo that I am willing to use. I've re-purchased this over and over and have been using this brand for several years. I love it. May I reiterate, this is the only thing I ever use!

I have been using this shampoo for a few years, and I still love it. I can use it every day and it keeps my hair shiny and soft. No build-up or drying, maybe because there aren't a lot of chemicals in it.
