I don't know how to rate this product on usefulness, because I'm so put off by the smell that I haven't used it much. I was so excited by the reviews that I had to try it, and one person even commented on a 'pleasant orange scent, kind of like a creamsicle.' It's hard to describe the smell exactly, but it's sort of like high density foam full of chemicals that's been wrapped in plastic, and you've just opened it. It's not especially strong or overpowering, but it's highly unpleasant and makes me wonder what the heck they've put in the lotion that it should smell like that. Fortunately, the smell does dissipate after a few minutes, but I'm sort of afraid to use the lotion for not knowing what kind of chemicals I'm rubbing into my skin.

Excellent lotion but UNBEARABLE smell - fake chemical orange...

I have more mature skin and this lotion has really improved their appearance. Taken out the redness, evened out the color and made them very soft and smooth. I use it on my upper arms also.It is difficult to find where I live so I have to order large quantities for Drugstore.com. A tube last about a month.

What an improvement! My hands feel and look better. This is a keeper!

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and haven't really notice any improvement in the texture of my skin. I am 27 so I don't have severe signs of aging on my hands, but they definitely don't look like they did when I was 18. It is definitely a good moisturizing hand cream, but I wouldn't say it that it is any better than plain old Vaseline Intensive Care. I do really like the smell. Kind of orangey.

I am amazed at how much younger my hands look. Age spots are definitely diminished. This stuff is great!

I'm only 20 but I worry about signs of aging like any woman... I figured using this stuff might help prevent some of those signs from showing up. It ABSOLUTELY works, my hands looked brighter and smoother (thanks to the retinol?) not to mention this stuff smells like fresh green grapes. My only complaint is that it says AGE CORRECT - RETINOL on it.. I understand wanting to catch people's eye so they buy it, but I find the packaging pretty obnoxious. I don't even want to pull it out of my purse in public because I'm so young and I don't want everyone to know that I use retinol on my hands... but if you don't mind the packaging, buy it! It works wonders. I'm seriously considering squeezing it into another lotion container...
