I have been using this product for the last three years. It is not easy to find. I suggest that they add to their product line an extra mild for most sensitive tissues after surgery. I have often added water to dilute it for that reason. Gloria in MA

I bought this because I have dry mouth and wanted to see if it help. It does help a little. Also it does not have the burn that most monthwashes have. The taste wasnt that great to me. It may be ok for someone else. Not cost effective but In all, it's an OK product

I purchased this mouthwash as I have been using another well known all-natural brand that still would burn my mouth. I have to say, I am SO GLAD that I switched! Not only does it have a light, refreshing flavor, it keeps away the "stinky mouth" smell and feel all day. I've also noticed less plaque on my tongue and my teeth no longer bleed when brushing. Best of all, NO BURN!!!!

As a sufferer of Sjogren's Syndrome which causes the body to attack moisture producing glands, I swear by Biotene products. No burning mouth after swishing! My dentist also reccommends their products for their cavity fighting properties. The enzymes really help protect our teeth in the absence of saliva to wash harmful bacteria from your teeth.

I've been fighting gum disease for a couple of years. I've also been using this product since my dentist recommended it a couple of years ago. It isn't harsh in flavor and it's easy to use. Along with regular flossing and dentist visits I've been able to prevent major tooth loss with this product. I like the taste and how it isn't drying like some other products. I would have given it 5 stars if I truely knew that it was working and not only good tasting. How can you prove it? Overall I like it and will continue to use it since it's my dentist who recommended it.

This product is unusual among mouthwash brands as it uses bioactive enzymes to kill germs rather than alcohol. The great advantage of that feature is that it doesn't burn my mouth. I know its working because I can see food particles come out when I rinse, and that's AFTER having already brushed my teeth. Those enzymes work, and the taste is pleasant. I just wish the bottle were smaller because it doesn't fit in my medicine cabinet. But I will definitely buy this product agin.
