I have dry mouth from several medications I take as well as chronic autoimmune problems which cause oral sores and canker sores. The best things I've ever found to help all of this is the entire line of Biotene products. The mouthwash tastes great. It doesn't burn like Listerine or others with alcohol. It keeps your mouth fresh for quite a while.

Biotene Mouthwash is a great product if you experience dry mouth. I use their toothpaste as well, and I absolutely love the combination. I cannot use regular toothpaste because there is an ingredient in it that causes canker sores (at least for me), and Biotene products have solved that problem! It tastes good and doesn't burn. It does what it says effectively -- relieve dry mouth. It's a permanent item on my shopping list!

We recommend non-alcohol containing mouthwashes for chemotherapy patients - this is definately the best for keeping the mouth free of bacteria and mouth sores.

Because of medications, my mouth was very dry. I experienced tooth decay and bad breath. After I started using this mouthwash, my tooth decay is limited and I don't suffer with bad breath. I gargle in the morning and before bedtime.

I had a series of chemotherapy treatments that left me with many side effects, but I am still here, and very thankful to my surgeon and the medical professionals. Among the side effects that will never go away are neuropathy, dry and burning mouth, which has caused me horrendous dental problems to say nothing as to the pain and discomfort. I have found Biotene to be the best NON-ALCOHOLIC mouthwash. I include the toothpaste, and now my dentist recommends this to his patients that have these problems, many from chemo, and some from other causes.

This is the best mouthwash I have ever used. I have sensitive teeth and a very dry mouth due to medication, and get mouth sores very easily. I cannot use mouthwashes with alcohol or strong flavors because they burn my mouth. Biotene is gentle and leaves clean breath. The largest size is a real value. I pay this price for the smaller bottle, and none of the stores around even carry the jumbo size. I highly recommend this product if you have any of the problems I listed, or just want a really gentle, effective mouthwash.
