I am a pale Winter whose pink lips take on a greyish cast when I am feeling chilly. Blistex Liptone does a great job of counteracting this. The dull salmon color in the tube looks unpromising to a Winter, but after application turns my lips from grey to a natual healthy look. I keep a Liptone in my handbag all year 'round, in case I forget my lipstick when I go out. I prefer fragrance-free lipsticks, but Liptone has a low-key chocolatey flavor which I do not mind. Even more important Liptone has no irritating ingredients, such as citrus peel, eucalyptus, or menthol. So this product keeps my lips soft as well as healthy looking.

I received a few of these from my sister. The color didn't suit her skin tone. I hate lip stick and my lips are too pale for me to just use clear lip balm. I love this. The balm is wonderful and very effective. It goes on smooth and moisturizes well. The color works perfectly with my skin tone. I'm so happy I found these. I hope this product is never discontinued.
