This is a good quality conditioner. I find that it conditions and moisturizes but does not add "volume" as the description states it should. Although, I've read you are supposed to dry your hair upside down to add body and volume. I do not do that because I find it adds more fly-aways than I'd like. Perhaps if you use this product while drying your hair upside you may see more volume.

All in all I do like this product.

This is my first time to try a real 'salon' brand. It is nice and works well, but I probably don't plan to buy it again because I'm a frugal person.

My favorite thing was that it rinses very quickly and easily.

I was disappointed because the container was damaged. It appeared to have been melted on the bottle near the lid. The container was still intact and appeared usable. However now after using it several times, the product is oozing under the lid.

Big Sexy Hair products are the best! My hair has been full of volume and body since I started using the product. I also highly recommend the Shampoo, Blowdry Gel, Spray and Play Hairspray.
