Indications
Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus and make coughs more productive.
Warnings
Ask a doctor before use if you have
cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma or chronic bronchitis, or Emphysema
Stop use and ask a doctor if cough: lasts more than 7 days, comes back, occurs with high fever, rash, persistent headache These could be signs of a serious illness.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

My 7-yr-old grandson has allergies, mostly in the spring and fall. This helps thin the mucus in his head and sinuses, and it drains away. Allows him to play on his baseball team without coughing and having to constantly blow his nose! Also many times prevents future sinus infections. Need to drink more water, which provides better results.
Very easy to administer. My children said it taste really good but has a bad after taste. They prefer this powder form over liquid form. They felt much better after using this product for 1 day. Would highly reccommend!
These are fantastic - I have been using these for years. The kids think they are candy. GREAT for at night when they are coughing but still partially sleeping because they can just get the crystals on their tongue and doze off again - instead of sitting up completely and drinking a cough medicine (which is always a battle).
Getting my kids to take cough syrup was impossible. They'd throw it up because of the bad taste. This goes right down without argument and doesn't come back up.
To open box: Press along perforation on front panel. Gently pull top up. Empty entire contents of packet onto tongue and swallow. For best taste, do not chew granules. Do not take more than 6 doses in any 24 hour period.
Adults and Children 12 years and older: 2 to 4 packets every 4 hours
Children 6 years to under 12 years: 1 to 2 packets every 4 hours
Children 4 years to under 6 years: 1 packet every 4 hours
Children under 4 years: Do not use.
