I am new to the "bunion" world and this seems to be helping with the pain that I have when wearing shoes. I am a runner/triathlete and i have a stash of these in all my bags, etc.

Does a great job of straightening my toes and relieving my bunion without any pain. I use it whenever I need to be in shoes all day long, such as at work. Skipped a day recently using my usual shoes, and really suffered. I won't forget so easily again if I want pain-free workdays.

As a bunion sufferer from birth (even had a bunionectomy on one foot when I was 14), I have found toe spacers to be the most effective method of dealing with bunions. This brand is the BEST! What makes them superior is the thicker "base" that you can wear either at the bottom or the top, but which is VERY effective at keeping the toe spacer in place. I'm thrilled to have found them here, since every time I'm in a drugstore and find these I typically buy out whatever is on the shelf. I strongly recommend these.
