Pros: Comfortable, Compact Design, Easy To Use, Even Heat, Heats Up Quickly
Best Uses: Muscle Spasms, Sore Muscles
Bottom Line: recommended
I like the control system and the auto shut off (after an hour). I was in physical therapy for awhile and learned that heat shouldn't be applied at a constant rate for more than 20 minutes at a time. I can fall asleep and know it will turn off. Long cord which is also a great feature. I haven't use the vibratory mechanism yet, I turned it on and my i ntial reaction was it had incredible vibrations, and possibly too much in some body placement locations. These are a little pricey, I couldn't find anything any less expensive though.

I have chronic low back pain, and have used several heat pads in past but this one is the first product in terms of warming quickly, with even heat speard and esp the vibratory part of this product is great. Most important thing is you can sleep with it and it will automatically turn off after 60 min. I highly recommend this product to people with muscle spasm/ soreness.

I used this product EXACTLY ONE TIME, and it stopped working. I haven't sent it back but I would love to get my money back from this item. I was definitely not happy with this product. I'm never buying this again.

by StressedMommy38[Verified Reviewer] in Bucks County, Pennsylvania on 4/11/09
Pros: Comfortable, Compact Design, Easy To Use, Even Heat
Cons: Slow To Heat Up
Describe Yourself: Caregiver, Full Time Wife n Mom
Best Uses: Arthritic Pain, Daily Use, Muscle Spasms, Sore Muscles
Bottom Line: recommended
I bought this product to help my husband's back. He has 3 disks that bludge & herniate. With his job he pulls a lot of muscles in his back, neck & legs. Also his back muscles are working all time trying to keep the disks in place. But I also bought this product thinking it would help me with my female problems. That is not the case. It is WAY to small to cover the area that needs the heat & vibration. I hope that they come out with an version of this twice the size of the original. I think both women and men would want it in a larger size.

Love it, I bought a second one for second home--can't leave without it. I have been walking on my feet all day long. This heating is not so hot but it really helps me relieve muscle ache. With extensive use, day and all night, surprisingly that it still works after passing 2 years.

by Barb[Verified Reviewer] in Houston on 11/22/08
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Even Heat, Heats Up Quickly, Strong massage
Best Uses: Disc pain
Bottom Line: recommended
I have used this heating pad since I have lower back pain. The heat can get very warm whicch I like. The massaging helps a lot and there are 2 levels. I am buying another one becasue over time the plastic encasing starts getting twisted and out of shape and hard to get back to the original size.
