I thought this would fit me bassed on the review of others,that it would fit larger sizes but found it was more for a very narrow knee/leg area. Probably best for a tall skinny man, teenager or for women on the tall and thin side.

I am a dancer who began to experience chronic knee pain after I increased the intensity of my training. I tried a higher-level Mueller brace with metal joints, but that brace was uncomfortable and restricted movement. This brace, however, allows for almost a full range of motion (even while dancing, although there is of course some resistance) and wearing it while dancing eliminated my knee pain completely. The additional warmth was not unbearable, even through two hours of sweating. It was much more comfortable than the last brace I tried. Bunching can be eliminated by strapping the brace on tighter. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product for moderate support.

It is the most comfortable and effective workout brace I've found. It adds stability, and entirely prevents otherwise chronic pain. However, it is bulky, and a little warm, so it is not the best choice for someone looking for everyday knee support underneath their regular clothing.

Can be bulky and bunch behind the knee. Also, it's hard to get all the straps to stay apart while you adjust it. Once on, it does not allow for a full range of motion. I'm returning it and finding something else.
