I used these on vacation when I knew I would be doing a lot of walking in hot weather. They helped but were very sweaty when I took them off at night. A little difficult to put on until you get the hang of it, but they worked well for my purpose.

After a foot injury 8 years ago, I tried several bandages and supports to help with the pain across the TOP of my foot. Nothing else offered the comfort and adjustability I found with this ankle support. The side straps and Velcro tabs enable me to target the exact area needed, and adjust the pressure applied. It works best in a lace-up shoe, since it does increase the "girth" of the foot slightly. With this ankle support I can walk MILES, which I could not have attempted without it. Try it!!
