My husband uses these constantly. I think they are the masculine replacement for the toothpick. But he seems to rely on them for dentaly hygiene. Since he hasn't had a cavity in 7 years, I guess he's knows what he's doing.

I use this alternately with floss; my hustband only uses these and the dentist says he's never seen such healthy gums in baby boomers. Pops the plaque from tight spaces and food trapping from all places. Overall my mouth feels "stronger" (weird word but closest to describe it)....or that I have no weak spots when I chew. Highly recommend.

I've always had a problem with plaque and I recently began using these in addition to flossing. They're cheap and easy to use. I guess I'll see how good they work when I have my next dental visit!

Moisten thoroughly in mouth to soften wood.
Insert between teeth with narrow flat side next to gums.
Use gentle in and out motion to clean between teeth.
Do not force into tightly spaced teeth.
