this is my favorite bar for breakfast. i love it with a cup of good coffee. it keeps me full for at least a couple hours. i noticed that this bar has a high protein level for the calories in it. i am trying to eat a healthy diet so that i do not gain weight.

I use these as a replacement for lunch. The protein, vitamins and minerals and relatively low sodium factors work for me. Read the label though, the sugar count is high and there is saturated fat as well. Still, far better than traditional fast food or what you find in vending machines. My favourite by far is Cinnamon Roll! Least favourite, cookie dough - the consistency is, well, gross! And the peanut butter/chocolate is very messy - melts badly. Both of the chocolate bars are very tasty but leave me feeling like I just ate a protein candy bar. Bottom line: fills you up with a low caloric intake.

You can use this bar as a meal replacement or a snack to carry with you. I order these from drugstore.com because my favorite flavors, cinnamon roll and coconut crunch, are not always available in the stores.

I am trying to shape up after long-term injury. Using these as snacks or for breakfast replacement has kept me from getting too hungry while providing quick nutrition. When I wait too long to eat, I tend to overeat. Since I have started using these along with other efforts, I have lost about 10 lbs. and still going strong. Also the cinnamon roll flavor is totally yum!

I enjoy the taste and texture and am using them regularly as a meal substitute when I don't have time to prepare a weekday breakfast or lunch. Chock full of vitamins too!

I am very busy and usually eat these during the day instead of fast food. Ladies it works. I have lost weight!! They do NOT melt in your purse or in your hand. Very good taste!!
