Have been suffering from sinus / asthma symptoms and hope this will help some. I have used it four times now and though it feels like I'm doing something good, I'm still waiting for it to really make an impact on my sinus headaches & post-nasal drip. It takes a little while to get the hang of it -- sometimes the water won't come out of the free nostril. Takes me a while to get the position of my head right. I will continue to use because others "swear" by this.

This pot works, but not as well as ones I have had previously. I've never used a plastic one before. The spout is smaller and doesn't seem to seal very well. It also has a seam that isn't very comfortable.

I'm in the middle of a cold right now so I decided to do nasal irrigation to keep it at bay. Post-nasal drip is aggravating my sore throat, and this surprisingly helped. I'm not yet congested, but I can clearly see mucous flowing out of my sinus cavity. It takes a little bit of getting used to as well. Do a search for an instructional video, they are useful.

When I use the neti pot twice a day, I have a huge reduction in the amount of asthma attacks I get. Also, no more sinus headaches or trips to the doctor for antibiotics. I use it morning and evening for best results. It feels a little wierd to use, but I have never felt better!

I bought this because I'm pregnant and perpetually congested therefore I snore at night. It cleared out my nose and felt like I'd taken a long swim in the ocean. It helped me fall asleep fast, but I was snoring again within a few hours. Nice though that it is natural and fast acting.

I am a sufferer of chronic rhinitis and seasonal allergies. Those symptoms would turn into a sinus infection 1-2 times per year. I used to take allergy medication and nasal steroids daily. I began rinsing my sinuses about a year ago however and have never looked back. While the sensation of rinsing is weird I'll admit, I take no medication and have not suffered a sinus infection or cold in a year. I highly recommend this product! I rinse only once per day unless I'm experiencing symptoms or spend a lot of time outdoors, then I'll rinse twice per day.

I cannot believe how much this has helped my sinus problems. I have suffered for years from seasonal allergies and sinus pressure that lead to awful headaches, but since using this twice a day, they have gotten so much better. Unbelievable, and wonderful that it's a natural product. I use regular sea salt mixed with warm water, and it works as well as the packets. Have recommended this to my students and given it as a gift!

I have alleries and during the seasonal transitions there can be swings in the temperature of mre than 30 degrees. This can cause congestion and swelling in my sinues. I like to use this product in the morning to clear my head and begin my day. It does a good job of flushing the lower parts of the sinues, but if you are really congested you may need to combine it with the use of a product containing oxymetazoline to really open your passages and assist in the flushing process.

Purchased this at the recommendation of my allergy doctor who has been advising many of his patients to use it. He uses it himself, and says that it will reduce sinus infections. I found it to be easy to use if you follow the directions, and it definitely reduced the facial puffiness I experienced from sinus troubles and clears the sinus cavity.
