It is not the most pleasant thing to do, but after seeing how well it works, I use it every day. The netti pot is the best kept secret. But you have to faithfully use it whenever you feel congested. Give it a chance and you'll be amazed with the results.

Definitely helps wash away allergens and clear up sinus problems. Per dr's orders I use it twice a day. Easy and safe to use. Just be sure the salt is dissolved and that the water is not too hot.

I use this twice a day in the shower (it is easier on my neck not to have to bend over the sink). Since I have been using it, I can breathe out of my nose while I am sleeping, and I don't have post-nasal drip all day. My cousin, who used to have a lot of sinus infections, hasn't had one since she started using it. It feels a little weird at first, but I got used to it quickly. This really does help for me because of allergies and sinus problems. One thing I really like about it, if you follow directions and start out with 1/2 dose (working up to a full dose) you don't get irritated from this solution like the saline solutions you squirt with bottles. There is one in particular that starts with O - that doctors always recommend. It stings and burns.

I use this every morning and right before bed. I would recommend SinuCleanse to anyone and everyone. The powder disolves instantly and the plastic neti-pot that comes with the kit is easy to keep clean. Make sure you use lukewarm water - either extreme of hot or cold will be uncomfortable or painful.

I love this stuff. It disolves quickly. While it does seem a little irritating to begin with, it isn't as uncomfortable as some other brands I have used. I had problems with chronic sinus congestion and infections. This stuff has nearly ended my problems. I use it to help alleviate allergy symptoms and when I have the occasional cold now. I would suggest that anyone who is thinking of having sinus surgery try this for a month first and see if they get relief.
