When I feel headache coming on I spray in my nostrils. For me, it has reduced my headaches quite a bit. Still get an occasional one but not near as often.

I am so glad I purchased Sinol.This product gets rid of migraines quickly.I am so glad that DrugStore sells it.All you have to do is spray once in each nostril.I just love this product very much since I get really horrendous migraines.

Only when I have one of those headaches that my favorite pain reliever just won't touch do I turn to the Sinol. Because this stuff will make me cry! It burns like the depths of hades for several seconds after spraying. But it really, really works!

Easy to use, effective in relieving headache symptoms at onset of migraine. Only bad thing is the solution does burn nasal passages a bit, but worth the relief of symptoms.

I've had debilitating migraines for years that weren't helped by any prescription or over the counter medications. I was actually afraid to use this for about a month or two because of the capsaicin/burn potential (!!!) and finally used it last week. This completely got rid of all symptoms and the migraine I have to cope with every day. It did come back, but nowhere near as intense or as frequent as they've been for years !! This works great for me and may actually let me live a normal, functioning life !!

Suffering from cluster headaches for many years with no relief except sleep and darkness. Finally, my wife found this product. Two sprays in each nostril at the first sign of symptoms. The emerging symptoms cease and I find I can go on with my day.
I have one next to my bed, one in my desk drawer and one in the car. I will never be without it again!

I was just awaken at 4:00 a.m. (I'm writing this at 4:43.) with what I've come to dread most, and what I believe is a cluster headache. Over the past month or so, I've had exactly eight "attacks," which start with a slight eye ache/tenderness and within five minutes feel like there's a live electrical wire inside my right eye. It feels like the worst toothache I've ever had, except in my eye, and my right temple, brow ridge and the inside of my nose on the right side throb and burn. It lasts 80-120 minutes and then slowly subsides. I've tried over-the-counter painkillers (aspirin, Tylenol, Tylenol PM, etc.), as well as two Rx medications leftover from dental surgeries because it's THAT painful. I've thought seriously about jumping off the roof of my apartment building during the pain. I have also tried teas made of various herbs that claim to relieve nerve pain, and have had very minor relief with skullcap and passionflower teas. Thanksgiving was completely ruined this year because of one of these eye attacks right after dinner. I thought there was no hope. I ordered this product and, in desperation, I tried it as soon as I woke up from this pain this morning...within a couple of minutes: almost total relief! The pain started again after 10-15 minutes, so I sprayed once more up my right nostril and the pain has been GONE since then. I don't know if this is a fluke, if the product will become less effective over time, etc., but as of now, I truly consider this a miracle. I know it sounds like hyperbole, but I mean it, and I'm going to order A LOT to keep it on hand.
