I have a really bad time sleeping and am up most of the night. I don't want to start sleeping pills so I tried Rescue Sleep and it works. It works really great, no drozziness in the morning and if I wake up in the middle of the night I do a few spays and back to sleep. Sorry I did not find this earlier. This is one product I will keep buying. It is all natural also and that is a big plus.

This is the best sleep aid I've ever tried - it doesn't knock you out, but gives you a little push into sleep, is long-lasting, and you don't wake up feeling drugged. Also, the little spray bottle is super-handy to keep at your bedside table.

I wanted this product to be at least a little effective, but it was completely useless to me. I tried it several times, as directed, but noticed nothing but the alcohol breath afterwards. I should say that I consider myself to be highly in-tune to my body and practically immune to the placebo effect. So, if this product had worked for me, even a little, I would definitely have noticed it. Maybe it works for others, but it was only a waste of money for me.

I love Bach's Rescue Sleep. I use this whenever I am having trouble getting to sleep. I also will use it on plane flights because it helps with the anxiety and will make me a little sleepy (I'm afraid to fly.) You do not feel a "drug-like" affect.

I take several prescriptions, but Rescue Sleep is not contraindicated by any of them, the way prescription sleep meds are. Rescue Sleep works quickly, lets me wake refreshed in the morning and doesn't interfere with other meds. Just before I lie down in bed, I spray two sprays right on my tongue and wash it down with a gulp of water. Turn out the light, no reading, no talking, close your eyes and the next thing you know, it's morning. I use it 365 nights a year.

I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep so I use everything that I can to help me, except for prescription drugs that always backfire. I've used Bachs for stress relief for myself and my cats so thought I'd try this sleep aid, and it really seems to work. I also use Calms tablets before bed, put in earplugs, turn on a fan or white noise machine, and spray in the Bachs Sleep Aid and that seems to do the trick. It's nice too when I wake up at 3am that I can use this to help me get back to sleep without being worried about grogginess the next day. There is no groggy after effect at all.

Both my husband and I agree that this works, it takes about twenty minutes but before you know it, you are asleep. This is great for those times when you are restless or worked out too late and just need a little nudge to relax you in order to sleep.

All this stuff does is make my tongue kind of numb... and it tastes bad, too! Doesn't do anything to help me sleep, though.
