I bought this because of the great ratings. The combination of vanilla and peppermint just doesn't do it for me. Will most likely throw out or give away... - yuk.

Of all the Method hand soaps I have tried, I like the Peppermint Vanilla variety best but as much as I want to like the company for its approach and the aesthetics of its products, there's a LOT of room for improvement in their hand soaps. They honestly do not moisturize any better than any soap that isn't marketed towards a "green" or "sensitive skin" or "natural" leaning consumer. Their soaps still have harsh sulfates and dyes and even the dye- and fragrance- free variety isn't gentle enough for hands. Trader Joes makes a fantastic lavender and chamomile hand soap thats about 3 ingredients and will truly NOT strip away the natural oils just to get your hands clean. But my hat's off to Method for not using Triclosan.

This smells delicious (and doesn't make your hands smell funny for hours after washing them). Not to mention that the bottle is adorable, and the product isn't expensive or tested on animals. They've got my vote.

I gave it five stars because it's a delicious, mild peppermint that's fun in the winter(probably the vanilla turning it into something less like toothpaste and more like a food item!). Even encourages my little boys to use SOAP in the bathroom when washing hands!

I really like this scent. It is a little strong in the peppermint, it makes the whole room smell festive!

Smells wonderful, and will be the perfect soap for guests around the holidays. My boyfriend thinks it smells just like a York peppermint patty, though it reminds me more of plain peppermint candies. Very refreshing nonetheless!
