This product definitely does what is says it will. A word of caution, try only taking half a tablet (they split quite easily), as a whole tablet will leave you in a permanent fog the next morning. Other than that, a very useful purchase.

This is a great product. Definitely recommend only a half of tablet. I do not feel any grogginess in the morning whatsoever. No over the counter product ever worked. This one does.

Works, but BEWARE--you might be pretty groggy the following day, even with only half a tablet. If your insomnia is severe, it might be worth it to catch up on some zzzs, but be sure you don't have any plans the following day the first time you use these.

When I take a whole one of these it can make me feel a little groggy in the morning or it can be a little difficult to get out of bed. But if I take half of one, it works just as well to help me fall asleep and keep me asleep without feeling groggy in the morning. I highly recommend taking half of one if a whole one makes you feel groggy. They're easy to break in half, plus it lasts longer that way!

These work well for me. I only use half of a tablet, and it does the trick. If these work for you, but you have a hard time waking up the next day, try taking half a tablet.

Just one of these things knocks me out in about 30 minutes after taking it. I have some of the best, most restful sleep taking a single Unisom caplet. I get 8 or 9 hours of sleep out of one of these, and I rarely feel groggy afterwards.

This product is excellent. It is better than the gel-tabs. I can cut these in half and I don't feel groggy the next morning. It kicks me to a deep sleep, and I wake up fully in the morning. This also means I have twice the dosage. Genius!!!!

These are definitely effective for putting me to sleep! However, this is what I've learned from them... if I take them and intend to have a normal night's sleep (8 - 9 hours), I'll end up being groggy for most of the next day (and frankly, I'd probably be better off not taking them and getting to sleep later.... I'd rather feel tired the next day than partially drugged). But if I have the ability to really get some serious sleep (10 - 11 hours), then I experience no grogginess at all the following day.
