This is the best sleep ...

This is the best sleep aid I have taken. In college, I used to take Sominex, which didnt do a thing for me. And for years, I was sold on Alluna, but it wore out after a while. Next it was on to Nytol, but it was hit and miss and it made me so drowsy in the morning. So I tried Unisom. I take it an hour before bedtime and when I go to bed, I am out in 5-20 minutes. Really works.

This works better than any other OTC sleep aid. Make sure you don't confuse these with Unisom SleepGel Softgel caps though -- the SleepGel's active ingredient is the same ingredient as Benadryl (which does nothing for me).

This sleeping pill really works. I can fall asleep in 5-10 minutes after taking one pill. And I am refreshed in the morning. When I don't sleep well, I try other ways to relax. When I need help sleeping, I take UNISOM sleeping pills because just one pill sends me into dreamland in very little time. Make sure to take the pill early in the evening or it is possible to be groggy the next morning.
