Out of all the light settings, I use only the brightest one. The rest are useless. I can only use this by a window because the lighting is better. I hate trying to use it at night even under bright lights.
It swivels sideways, but not forward and backward. Instead you have to lift the mirror and put it on one of the rungs. That's a pain in the butt and you can never put it exactly where you want. I'm looking for a new one.

Let me begin by saying how disappointed I was in this product. The lighting is the worst I've ever seen. The mirror doesn't sit at a good angle. It's extremely difficult to even see your face without stretching. It is cheaply made and is a piece of junk! I am looking to find another one. I have an old Windmere makeup mirror that was great until the switch went. I thought Conair had a decent reputation. WRONG!!!!!!!!!

The mirror only swivels side-to-side, a feature I don't find useful. The lighted mirror I was replacing had a mirror that moved up and down. This made it much easier to use the mirror, not having to find a surface exactly the right height. Although it does have an easel back like most of these products, I would have preferred the up and down mirror.

I returned this product because it just wasn't bright enough. The four different kinds of light only illuminated half the bulb at a time, making 3 of them worthless. Only the "daylight" setting lit both bulbs completely, and even then, it wasn't bright enough. Don't bother.

i have had another lighted tri-mirror, which i have loved, for years. the lighting on this is so dark you cant see yourself. dont bother.

As has been mentioned -- do NOT buy this mirror. It's almost like it was designed by someone intentionally trying to make the WORST product of this type imaginable. Everything is wrong with it. The person who listed the stupid doors which don't open far enough, the middle mirror which does not adjust forward to back (only side to side) and the fact that the whole thing doesn't even adjust up far enough (in the back) to see adequately was RIGHT ON. The yellow lights are the kicker, tho. I know I've always wanted a nice jaundiced hue to completely throw off how I'm applying my make-up. It's like being cast in the glow of one of those yellow outside bug lightbulbs. The best part is, when you realize all of this and decide to return it, you can't because Drugstore.com considers it "open and used" and therefore unreturnable. Complete waste of money. Trust me. I'm stuck with this horrendous thing and don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. I'm not even going to sell it on [...] because I'd feel terrible passing it off into unsuspecting hands.
