I am surprised with other reviews of this product so I had to add my 2 cents worth. I find this a great cleanser as I have combination skin and have a hard time finding products that cut the oil but at the same time, are gentle; I can't use anything with acids as I get irritated. This cleanser does the trick and I love the foam as opposed to a liquid, which I think may contribute to the fact that it lasts forever, which in my mind (deluded or not) may justify the steep price. Works even better if you let it sit for a few seconds, if you have the patience. I am a repeat buyer of this product.

This cleanser works wonderfully and effectively if you know how to use it correctly. It's different from other cleansers because *you have to apply it on dry face*. I used it on wet face once and very disappointed. Once I read direction again and used on dry face, it works amazingly. It is one of my must have now.

I admit this took me a few tries to get right, but once I did, I was impressed. You have to follow the directions carefully. The technique is put a few pump on damp hands to a DRY face. Kinda like a cold cream method. It says to massage for 29 seconds for OILY skin. Massage over your eyes and lips - it does not burn or hurt or tug - then use a soft, WET face cloth in circular motions until all makeup is removed. I use this cleanser every morning also to remove any residue from the night before or any eyeliner I missed but it does clean very well and my face always feels so soft and looks radiant afterwards. I was ready to send it back too until I read reviews on another site and went back and read the directions. Give it a few days to a week to adjust to how to use properly. Then I really think you'll like it a lot!

I originally looked into this cleanser because it had emu oil. And then when I saw it was a cleanser and toner I'd be getting my money's worth, but not so much... It does a good job of conditioning because of the natural oils, but my face does not feel clean after using it and I begun to break out from clogged pores until I reincorporated by basic deep cleansers into my nighttime regime. I still use it in the morning sometimes when I already feel my face is clean (without makeup) and I just need some moisture. Clearly I should have just bought the moisturizer because this "cleanser" does not serve its purpose.

I'm not really sure what happened here - I got this product as a sample and absolutely LOVED it. Right away I noticed smoother, brighter skin. I used the entire sample and got continuously improved skin. As soon as I ran out, I bought a full size bottle - and my skin has rapidly detriorated. I am now broken out worse than I've been in a very long time, and am also constantly battling dry flaky patches... Long story short is - I'm back to searching for a face wash and toner.

I am a minimalist in every way and therefore love the idea of being able to wash and tone my face at once. This cleans so well that it removes my mascara and tones well enough to control blemishes. I love that I can control how much it tones by how long I let it sit on my combination skin before rinsing.

I didn't like this at all. Granted, it can't be easy to make cleanser and toner in one. This one felt very heavy and I really didn't get a sense that it was cleansing my skin. In fact, my skin felt like it had a greasy film over it when I was done. I used it for four weeks and my skin was noticeable less radiant and I have several blemishes and waxy pore blockages during this time which is not normal for me.
