I like this brush although it is much larger than I realized. I wish I had gone with the 2-3/4" or 2-3/8" brush because I like to flip my ends out sometimes and this is much too large to use for that. I have medium-long hair (about 5" past my shoulders). This brush is great for smoothing hair and for curling ends under. It would be best for someone with very long hair who needs a brush to cover a lot of surface area while drying. If you have medium or shorter hair, go with a smaller size. The brand in itself is great and I like the combo of boar and nylon bristles for smoothing and shine.

I bought this brush because I needed a new brush and planned to do my own hair on my wedding day. My hair has nice texture and is generally cooperative, except in humidity. It easily straightens in winter, but will become frizzy and almost curly in humid weather. This brush removes frizz without ANY styling products at all. It makes my hair silky and smooth. One thing to be aware of is that you may have a little trouble if you want to add curl back after using the brush. Overall an amazing brush. I use this and skip the products and irons.

I bought a straightener, which was not smart because I really don't like to blow dry and then pull a straightener through. It takes too much time and is way too damaging. Buying this brush could have saved me the cost of that straightener. I just brush and blowdry and my hair turns out quite nicely, no extra straightening needed!

I use the brush to help straighten my hair each day. It is larger and a little sore on your wrist to use, as most brushes are though when you are trying to straighten long, party curly hair. It does do a great job! Plus, it makes it seem there is less static and the hair is more smooth. I say give this brush a try!

I have now bought 3 different sizes of this brush and I love them all. Makes my thin hair so very full. I feel young again. They are awesome. They don't pull the hair out or tangle the hair, just smooth and beautiful. I'm a retired professional stylist so believe me when I say they are great.

I had an older Conair vent brush that was on its last leg, so I decided to replace it. I have shoulder length, curly hair with thin strands but a lot of them. I have a lot of body in my hair, which at times can make blow drying a tiring task. With this brush drying time is much quicker, easier and the results are much nicer. This brush leaves the hair manageable, straight, shiny and bouncy, I love it! Other vent brushes are almost always all Nylon, which is really rough on the hair and scalp. The combo between the Nylon and Boar bristles prevents tangling and irritation to the scalp. With my old brush the bristles were too close to the shaft so I had to dry in smaller sections, this brushes bristles stick out further allowing you to dry more hair at once. My only complaint is it's a little heavy however you have to expect this with such a large brush.

This brush makes blow drying my hair a breeze. I do not agree with the other reviewer about the brush being heavy. This brush is no different in weight from other round boar head bristle brushes that I already own. Plus the huge round head of the brush makes blow out go much faster than the others.

I love the way this brush grips my thick hair and if I have a tangle towards the ends of my hair it takes it right out without it ripping your hair! I have used several brushes in the past and finally I found the one for life! Highly reccomend this brush! I will tell my stylist about this brush.
