I just used my new swiffer wet jet tonight for the first time and I just love it. It used to take at least 2 pads to clean my kitchen and hallway. The new swiffer wet jet pads are much thicker and I cleaned my kitchen, hallway and half bath with only one pad! Also, the floors dried within minutes. This is a great product and I would definately recommend it.

OK-the pros are it is easy to assemble and to use. The cons are MANY! First, this product was recommended by a person who owns a cleaning business. I was so excited to get it as my laminate floors suck for getting them clean! I have Alloc Santos Mahogany laminate in the living room, hallway and master bedroom. They NEVER look/get clean. I tried laminate floor cleaner, but not their recommended (re:own) brand. I called the company about this and they said to try mineral spirits-now 4 dogs and 1 cat plus us means I am not going to use paint thinner on my flooring. They said the warranty would not be voided, but I am afraid to try it. So, I tried several other methods such as Pine Sol recommended by a friend who has the same floor brand. No luck, still looked dirty. When I assembled the Wet Jet, I had the multi purpose cleaner that came in the starter pack. I prepped by vacuuming then sweeping because our yard is cinder and the dust collects. Imagine my surprise when I was only able to do one small area of the living room before the pad was useless! I know I will be spending a fortune in pads and the second one is already needing to be tossed. I would recommend the Wet Jet for ceramic tile floors, but NOT for Laminate Floors, unless it is just my bad luck with the Alloc flooring.

Best quick mopping solution

The Wet Jet refill pads are great. I like them because it makes mopping so easy. I have a dog & of course there is dog hair everywhere. But the Wet Jet pads help clean up the hair so quickly. I don't mind mopping at all with the Swiffer Wet Jet.

I used to use a mop and bucket to clean my floors but now I found Swiffer Wet jet pads. They would like magic! They are alot faster to use than my mop & bucket. Plus my floors seem cleaner and brighter looking than before. I would definately recommend this to anyone!

This whole Swiffer Wet Jet system is so easy to use. No heavy bucket and mop to wring out. I am disabled, and find this a big help! I can't walk very far, or for very long, but I can get my hardwood floors clean in no time! If you have elderly parents or know someone who injured their ankle or leg, this would be greatly appreciated.
