Bottom Line: not recommended

... but they all give the same results - no matter what the "level of moisturization" is. my hair gets poofy, dried out, frizzy, twisted, knotty, unmanageable, and full of split ends. the ONLY positive about herbal essences products is the fragrance, but that's all. the results are not worth it. i've tried body envy, hello hydration, none of your frizzness, drama clean, dangerously straight, and color me happy... all with the same results. not worth it and i don't recommend it. major rip off. i'm gonna give garnier fructis a try this time.

I used this conditioner -- in its former incarnation, before its sappy Color Me Happy makeover -- for at least five years and loved it. But they've changed the formula. My hair comes out a tangled mess of straw. The low-budget free conditioner at my gym is better than this stuff. When I contacted customer service they claimed you just can't know how any product will react with someone's hair. Very insulting --I DO know how it used to work. They've lost me as a customer for any of their products.

My hair has been dyed so many times, at least one every two months. I had dry damaged hair with many split ends. Someone had suggested this conditioner and I thought Id give it a try. Ive never been so happier about a conditioner! My hair feels so touchable, softer, and even the color looks better! Ive received a lot of compliments on the new improvement.
