I just got this today so I've only used it once but so far, this is WAAAAYYY better than the other commerical, brand-name cleaners I have used. I probably shouldn't admit this but my toilets have been pretty neglected since baby came so this stuff had a big job to do - and did it wonderfully! I also feel great about using a product that never abused innocent animals and is made from plant and natrual ingredients. Highly recommend!

This cleaner does have a rather strong pine scent. I don't think it lingers over long though. It cleaned just as well as, but not any better than, any other "non-green" cleaner brand I have tried. This is my first "green" toilet cleaner so I can't compare it to any other in that category but I like it well enough to consider purchasing again.

For a multitude of reasons, I maintain an all-natural routine for both personal and home, and after all the great reviews, I was hoping this septic-safe cleaner would fit that bill - it doesn't. Even starting from a (mostly) clean toilet, this doesn't remove anything. I tried a very deep cleaning with this and it was obvious right away that it wasn't going to work for that, so I thought I could at least use it up as a maintenance cleaner so it didn't go to waste. Not even after sitting did this remove anything. I'm going to try to use it up elsewhere somehow, but I certainly won't be repurchasing. (The smell was not too strong or offensive at all to me, as some people stated, and it dissipated quickly.)

No where in the ad does it say anything about the Pine fragrance . My husband is ALLERGIC to pine, so I can't even try it!

This product works well & smells wonderful. I like that it has natural ingrediants & does the job without bleach or harmful chemicals. The dispenser works good, directing the product under the rim. I will definately be buying this product again & using as part of regular cleaning routine.

If you're trying to get an eco-friendly toilet cleaner, this works well. I'd say you have to clean every week with this one (as opposed to the 2 weeks I'd get with chemical brands.) Also, you do need to like the smell of pine.
